Solv-all heavy-duty self emulsifying degreaser is a concentrated heavy-duty self-emulsifying engine degreaser and shampoo. Solv-all effectively dissolves oil, grease, and grime on engine blocks, in garages, machine shops, factories and on concrete surfaces. Solv-all also dissolves and removes tar and asphalt.
